Agerup Farm & Manor House is one of Denmark's few barn wedding estates with accommodation for the whole family. The barn — a historic manor barn built in 1858, not a converted agricultural shed — is the main event space. The manor house itself is a private family home opened for the full weekend: 23 beds, two families under one roof.

No all-inclusive package. No event manager. Catering, flowers, music — you bring your own vendors. What Agerup offers is the canvas: 429 hectares of farmland and forest in southern Denmark, a historic barn and a home that has been connected to the Reventlow family since 1799.

Up to 149 guests can be seated in the barn at long tables, 128 at round tables. Up to 32 overnight guests can stay on the estate — 23 in the manor house (included in every hire) and up to 9 in The Major's House, a forest cottage available as an add-on. The weekend is yours. No single-day events, no shared weekends. Season: May to September.

Frederik Reventlow lives and works on the estate. He personally shows every couple around before they book. That is not a hired event coordinator — that is the owner. The difference is felt from the first visit.
